2. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, intimate items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
